Thanksgiving Traditions – Old and New

Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. What could be better than gathering with family and friends to give thanks and eat good food? Every year, the very first dish I make is the cranberry sauce - usually a couple of days before Thanksgiving. That's how I know the holiday is here - I've made the cranberry sauce. October Ghost Stories

There's a reason stage managers set out the ghost light before they leave, right? Every old theater I've been in seems to have had at least one ghost in it - and at least one good scary story. The beautiful Pantages in Hollywood is no exception. Just do a Google search on "haunted Hollywood" or "haunted Pantages" and you'll find several sites that relate similar stories. September – Back to School: Shop Class

First of all, I don't consider myself mechanically inclined. I've helped to build and tear down some theater sets. I've done some minor home repairs. I know how to check the oil in my car, change the wiper blades, and so on - basic stuff. In August, we purchased a 1999 Acura TL. Nice car; best car we looked at within our modest price range.
